    In his time in Tampa Bay, Ryan consistently demonstrated a high-level of expertise in content strategy, video, and graphic production operations, with a strong consideration for its use on social media and helped set a higher standard of excellence for our department. His innovative approaches and unwavering commitment elevated our creative output and overall show performance. 



     I had the pleasure of working with Ryan for over a decade during our shared time at the Tampa Bay Lightning. Our roles required significant collaboration and communication and Ryan excelled at both. He was always a creative thinker and problem solver who I could always count on to deliver quality content for the Lightning brand. Our staff became true teammates through the leadership of Ryan & his guidance led to many successful cross departmental campaigns.

He led the charge in transforming our brand campaign with larger than life and innovative ideas that elevated our game presentation and fan experience within his roles, first, as Motion Graphics Manager and later, as Director of Production.
